BOHO ACCENTS + A SURPRISE!

Here I am, once again.. I promise I have the perfect reason for being absent this couple of weeks. {You'll see at the end of this post} I wanted to take pictures of this outfit inspired by Californians easy breezy look with boho and hippie accents. I chose to paired this Zara Kimono with my boyfriend jeans a simple tee and espadrilles. What I was really excited about was my new MAC lipstick A43 "Lady Danger". It is a more orang-y shade of what I usually wear for a red lipstick. I think it is perfect for the summer and beginning of fall. I think this color will go perfectly with my fav fall colors like violet, brown, all range of greens, oxblood, etc.

Una vez más aparezco despues de unas semanitas pero prometo tener una muy buea razón para excusar mi ausencia!! {Al final de este post sabrán porque}.  Cuando decidí vestirme me inspiré en mi reciente viaje a San Diego. Quise hacer mi versión de ese look relajado reflejado con piezas "hippies" y creo que un kimono como este de Zara hace el trabajo perfecto. Quería que todas las piezas de este conjuntos fueran sueltas y con movimiento por eso escojí mis "boyfriend jeans". Para darle un toque femenino utilicé mis espadrillas. Para mi el verdadero boom del outfit es mi nuevo labial MAC A43 "Lady Danger". Este color es una combinación del rojo que me encanta con un toque de naranja. Lo que lo hace perfecto para el verano y principios de otoño. Este naranja me parece que le da un toque de alegría a los típicos colores sombríos de otoño como el violeta, marrón, tonos de verde, etc.

A quick short post before going on a trip with Carolina from Modasse Moi to Mexico! We couldn't take a lot of pictures because we were running late but later on I'll post my Cali/Mx diary with pictures from SanDiego, Puerto Nuevo, Rosarito and Mexicali. I chose to wear a maxi dress because it is comfortable to go on a roadtrip and very fresh to fight the heat. Thank you so much for reading me! Mwa

Un post cortito para resumir lo que usé para ir de viaje a Mexico con Carolina del blog Modasse Moi. No tuvimos mucho tiempo de tomar fotos porque se nos hizo tarde pero les aseguro que subiré un post con fotos de mi estadía en San Diego y mi viaje a Puerto Nuevo, Rosarito y Mexicali. PANTS

Comfy day with my fav palazzo pants I paired them with a tight crop top because the pants are wide enough and have a lot of details in the print. If you want to make a twist, try a jean vest for a tomboy accent, a white blazer to make it formal but change the crop top for a neutral tank top perhaps or a big long cardigan for a hippie/boho accent with rolled-up sleeves. Un día cómodo con mis pantalones favoritos por el momento. Lo combiné con un top corto pegado ya que el pantalón es bastante ancho. Para darle un toque varonil y relajado me puse un vest de jean pero si quieren un look mas elegante lo pueden combinar con un blazer blanco o para un look más hippie un sweater grande y largo con mangas enrolladas. COMFORT ZONE.

After all this traveling it's good to be back home in Maracaibo. Even though the heat almost made me change into shorts and a t-shirt, I still love my beautiful sunny hometown.
