Boy, did I miss the heat.... Although I'm wearing layers, the feeling of bare legs and open-toe heels is priceless. I went for a biker look kinda sporty with the leather jacket and tartan shirt and very girly on the bottom with the shoes and skort. I will try to photograph as many looks as I can while I'm here on break because when I go back to Boston, my blog and myself will froze in the attempt to keep the blog flowing. No saben cuanto extrañaba el calor!! Aunque ande en chaqueta de cuero, el poder salir con shorts y tacones abiertos no tiene precio. Mi look esta dividido en 2. La parte de arriba es mas deportiva, relajada con la camisa tartán y la chaqueta de cuero mientras que la parte de abajo es muy femenina con el short y tacones abiertos. Trataré de fotografiar todos los looks que utilice mientras esté de vacaciones ya que cuando regrese a Boston, mi blog y yo nos congelaremos en el intento de seguir postrando looks!!! THE PALETTE / LILY & MIGS FASHION SHOW

While other bloggers apologize for being away for fashion shows, I apologize for drowning myself with homework and exams!! I wore this outfit for Lily & Migs Fashion Show at The Liberty Hotel here in Boston. When I got dressed I took notice that I really really but REALLY have a thing for the mix of black, white, red and blue. Mientras otras bloggers se excusan por tener sus agendas llenas de semanas de la moda yo pues, llena de examenes!!! Moría por obtener las fotos del look que utilicé para el show de Lily & Migs en el Liberty Hotel en Boston y aquí están!. Cuando compuse este look me di cuenta que la mezcla de los colores negro, blanco, rojo y azul es una de mis favoritas. Nunca me canso de ella y creo que como sea queda increíble. I am thrilled to show you my new pair of heels and my current obsession: Boyfriend Jeans. 
Boyfriend jeans tend to be loose and does not accentuate the curves. So much so that my friends have asked me if my jeans were from a boy!. I am sure that my new heels are the girliest pair I own and that is why I used them for this shoot. With the help of jewelry, a simple white t-shirt and baggy jeans can look feminine, colorful and edgy (a.k.a. bling yourself). Speaking of edge, my leather jacket is the reincarnation of the word so yes, you will see it a lot! I cannot get enough with the combination of red+black+white, the red gives the outfit a romantic feel. Last but not least let's talk about my Sally Hansen's Salon Effect sticker nails. I had them for a while and I wasn't brave enough to pull it off until I gave it a try and I absolutely love it. It takes no time and they last up to 2 weeks! Estoy muy emocionada de mostrarles mis nuevos tacones y mi nueva obsesión: Boyfriend Jeans. Su nombre "Jeans de Novio" viene de su forma y estilo. Sueltos sin figura y solo dando comodidad. Es como si te pusieras los jeans de tu novio u amigo, los doblas por debajo y acentuas tu look con piezas mas femeninas. Tanto es así que me han preguntado si mis jeans eran de un niño!. Con ayuda de los accesorios podemos suavizar el atuendo así como crear un look mas femenino, colorido y atrevido para un simple jean + camiseta blanca. Agregando una chaqueta de cuero le darán un toque como dije, atrevido y "bad-ass". La combinación de rojo+negro+blanco no me cansa y pienso que el rojo le da un toque romántico a todo outfit. Por último, hablemos de mis nuevas uñas gracias a las calcomanías de Sally Hansen's Salon Effect. Me fascinó una vez que lo intenté ya que pensé que no funcionaría. No toma nada de tiempo y pueden durar hasta 2 semanas. Espero que les guste este nuevo post y prometo ser mas constante!! Mua

Life's little pleasures: Chocolate covered strawberries from Godiva. I went to have lunch with Modasse Moi at Quincy Market one of my fav spots in Boston. You can find food from different countries, every food for every taste. I decided to wear my grey/blue coat from a previous post URBAN  on top of my leather jacket and it looked pretty good!.
